I can’t say enough good things! The reception staff is always very friendly and thoughtful and seems to remembers you personally. The waiting area space is very clean and relaxing like a cozy country living room. The dental hygienist came up with resourceful solutions and the dentist is good natured and brings a very calming presence and was very informative and takes his time to inform and answer questions. The equipment is modern and unlike anything I have ever seen; pictures are taken of your teeth so you can see all of your issues up close and personal which is motivating! The sonic teeth cleaning tool is more comfortable than a scraper and doesn’t make any high pitched or whining noises which I have never experienced before coming here! My son loves it here too! I am a retired dental hygienist and when it came to be my turn to sit in the patient chair, I chose Dr. Longenecker and his amazing team! I broke my front tooth in half 38 years ago and I knew that one day, it would need to be removed and an implant placed. Dr. Longenecker explained everything perfectly, placed me in the best hands of a great periodontist who he trusts and works with closely and made this dreaded situation much easier than I had anticipated it to be. He made me perfect prosthetics so I wouldn't have a huge open space in my smile during the process. Dr. Longenecker takes his time, listens to you and explains things perfect. He goes above and beyond to make sure the end result is the best cosmetic result possible. I highly recommend him and his awesome team.
