I can’t say enough good things! The reception staff is always very friendly and thoughtful and seems to remembers you personally. The waiting area space is very clean and relaxing like a cozy country living room. The dental hygienist came up with resourceful solutions and the dentist is good natured and brings a very calming presence and was very informative and takes his time to inform and answer questions. The equipment is modern and unlike anything I have ever seen; pictures are taken of your teeth so you can see all of your issues up close and personal which is motivating! The sonic teeth cleaning tool is more comfortable than a scraper and doesn’t make any high pitched or whining noises which I have never experienced before coming here! My son loves it here too! I am a retired dental hygienist and when it came to be my turn to sit in the patient chair, I chose Dr. Longenecker and his amazing team! I broke my front tooth in half 38 years ago and I knew that one day, it would need to be removed and an implant placed. Dr. Longenecker explained everything perfectly, placed me in the best hands of a great periodontist who he trusts and works with closely and made this dreaded situation much easier than I had anticipated it to be. He made me perfect prosthetics so I wouldn't have a huge open space in my smile during the process. Dr. Longenecker takes his time, listens to you and explains things perfect.
